There are two ways to price it. Bespoke venue hire starts at £3,750 for a Monday to Wednesday in January, February, March, November or December in 2026; food and drink is charged separately from £48.75 per person, for a minimum of 40 guests. A twilight wedding is a single all-in figure from £5,500 and includes food and drink for up to 70 guests. Full tables for both are higher up this page.

Both give you exclusive use of all six spaces — the Long Barn, the Cow Shed, the Gallery Bar, the Upper and Lower Courtyards and the getting-ready suites — with no other wedding on site. Both include a wedding coordinator with planning meetings at six months and six weeks, room dressing by our team, and our in-house venue dresser and florist. A twilight wedding also includes food and drink for the first 70 guests; bespoke venue hire does not, and food and drinks packages are added on top.

Prices step up through spring and peak in July and August. An off-peak date is the same venue, the same exclusive use and the same team — only the date changes.

A twilight wedding is one figure covering the venue and food and drink for 70, with exclusive use from midday through to last orders at 11:30pm. Bespoke is venue hire plus food and drink at £48.75 per person, so it starts lower but climbs with your guest list. Jenkinsons are our catering partner, with over 100 years of experience, and they work alongside a range of other cultural catering suppliers if you would like to customise your menu.

Book a showaround and we will walk you round the barns and check your date while you are here — viewings are by appointment, and we will have a glass of something sparkling waiting. Following a provisional booking we ask for an initial deposit of £1,500 to confirm the date, and the full payment schedule is set out in your proposal. All drink is provided by Blackbrook — we do not offer corkage. Our 2026 packages are Amour at £21.50 per person and Ever After at £30.95, and both include a reception drink, half a bottle during the wedding breakfast and a toast drink. Non-alcoholic packages are I Do at £16.50 and Younger Guests at £12.50. Full bar service runs from before the ceremony through to the evening reception, with a curated wine list, spirits and classic cocktails.

Yes. The Blackbrook x Jenkinsons Taster Evening for two is included during your wedding planning.

On a bespoke wedding there are two getting-ready suites. The Belvoir Suite opens at 8:30am, with salon-style chairs, mirrors and a full-length mirror, and we can deliver freshly baked breakfast boxes while you get glam. The Windsor Suite opens at 10:30am and has a shower room, a dart board and a music system. On a twilight wedding the prep suites are yours from midday.

On a bespoke wedding our licence for the bar and evening reception runs until midnight, and we can extend it to 1am if you want to party into the wee hours. A twilight wedding runs to last orders at 11:30pm.

We work with a number of closely selected hotels and B&Bs, all within a ten-minute drive or taxi journey. Your coordinator will share recommendations.
